Cosy studio
Under the motto "The beauty of living in Saas-Fee," a newly renovated studio apartment (2024) on the third floor is available for up to 4 guests. The flat is lovingly furnished with high-quality furniture. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view over the rooftops of Saas-Fee and the mountains.
The flat is only 200 steps away from the car park, so there is no need for costly and tedious taxi rides to transport luggage. There are shops on the premises.

Living room and bedroom
In the entrance there is enough space to hang jackets and the like. The flat is cleverly designed to make the most of every square centimetre, which makes you feel like you are in the living room. A cosy, ferric blue sofa invites you to relax and can be transformed into a full-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) with a single movement. A Samsung television camouflaged in a picture invites you to spend relaxing evenings at the cinema. The square dining table seats four people, accompanied by four comfortable green fabric chairs. Two full-size beds hidden in the wardrobe can also be easily folded away. All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows.

Bath
The bathroom has a washbasin, shower cubicle and WC, complemented by wall heating to keep towels dry.

There are commercial facilities directly on site.

Kitchen
The kitchen is functionally equipped and has a hob with oven and a fridge with a small freezer.
A small dishwasher makes cleaning up easy, eliminating the need for hand washing.

Entry
In the entrance there is plenty of storage space for the clothes of several guests.
Boot lockers are available for guests at the entrance in front of the flat.
There is also a heated storage space in the basement for skis, snowboards and ski boots (including a boot warmer).

Laundry room
There is a shared laundry room in the basement with two washing machines and a tumble dryer.
